Ellis Wellness was established in 2023 and is a family owned business located in Sydney offering individual therapeutic services to youth and adults via telehealth or within the home and community settings.

Our therapeutic approach is trauma informed, person-centred and strengths based, what makes us different is that we are offering neuro-affirmming therapeutic interventions and capacity building.
Ellis Wellness was created to offer clients a different type of therapy, outside of the clinical setting. We recognise that there is an ever increasing need for alternative services that can change and adapt to clients needs, that doesn’t rely on traditional talk therapy.

We believe that all of our clients are doing their best each and everyday.
That sometimes we need different forms of support to learn new skills and new ways of thinking so that we can figure out what works best our unique brains.
At Ellis Wellness we encourage and celebrate the ways we are different and empower our clients to be their most authentic self and believe that they are worthy, lovable, powerful and perfectly imperfect – just the way they are.
Therapeutic services are provided by Sarah Ellis.
