Consult services process can include:
data gathering, interviews, focus groups, research and reviews
– looking at current workplace culture, policies and procedures that affect neurodivergent staff
– staffs current understanding of neurodivergence’s
– positive practices that are already in-place that can be expended on
– Consultation will be completed with an in-depth report on all findings, recommendations and presentation to management.

This can be followed by an all staff workshop tailored to the businesses needs.
